Oneture has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for the Oneture site.

We may use and share Non-Personal Information for our marketing purposes, including, without limitation, marketing on other websites. Assignability

 We may assign any of our responsibilities/obligations to any other person without notice to the User, at its sole discretion. Governing law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India only without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India
